How to add or delete a building and set office capacity limits

Scoop allows employers to control and manage daily office attendance. Employers may do so by adding their office locations and then setting and managing office capacity policies. Scoop admins can set capacity limits by building directly in their Scoop dashboard.

Add a building and set office capacity limits:

  • Login to your Scoop dashboard.

  • On the left navigation bar, click Buildings in the settings category.

  • Click Add Building.

  • Create a Building Name.

  • Enter your office Address and select it from the populated drop-down list. This will auto-populate a building perimeter on the right.

  • Enter the max capacity in the daily check-in limit.

  • Click Add Building on the bottom right and you’re all set!

  • If you have multiple offices where you wish to set capacity, simply follow the same steps for each office building.

Deleting a building location:

  • On the left navigation bar, click Buildings in the settings category.

  • Click View to the right of the building name.

  • Then click Delete building.

  • A pop-up will appear on your screen asking you to confirm the building deletion. Confirm the deletion by clicking Delete.
