How to enable COVID-19 vaccination policies and create custom check-in requirements
Updated over a week ago

As a Scoop admin, you can manage your company's COVID-19 workplace and employee policies easily from within the Scoop Dashboard.

To do this follow the steps below:

  • Log into your Scoop dashboard.

  • On the left-hand side of the screen select Policies under the Workplace section.

  • From here, you can opt to:

    • Collect vaccination status from employees. Scoop will ask employees once for their vaccination status when they set their work location as Office.

    • Require documentation of vaccination for employees to be fully vaccinated. Scoop will prompt employees to upload a photo of their vaccination card for admin approval.

  • You can also set requirements for going into the workplace, such as,

    • Only vaccinated employees can go into the workplace. Scoop will automatically block employees who are not fully vaccinated from setting their work location as Office.

    • Unvaccinated employees can go into the workplace with a weekly negative test. Scoop will allow employees who are not fully vaccinated to set their work location as Office if they upload negative COVID-19 test results within 7 days of setting their work location as Office.

  • When enabling each of these policies you’ll want to make sure the switch next to the message turns blue and is in the 'On' position (the default is off) to ensure that your changes were saved.

Custom check-in requirements

Customize your employee check-in requirements via the Scoop dashboard:

  • Select Policies on the left navigation bar of your Scoop dashboard

  • From the check-in requirement bar select View.

  • You can then click Edit details on the right-hand side of the page to edit the title, header, list of requirements, and employee agreement statement for your office check-in requirements.

  • Be sure to save your changes from the upper right-hand side of the page before exiting.
