How to create your Scoop Dashboard account

  • Open the invite email from Scoop and select Get Started

  • You will then be directed to set up your administrator account. Select Get Started once more from the web page

  • Enter a unique password that you would like to use for your account

  • Enter your phone number to enable 2FA on the account. Once entered, you’ll receive a text message with a 6-digit verification code.

  • Enter the 6-digit verification code and select Verify code. That's it! You are now able to access your Scoop dashboard.

  • Admin Dashboard invites expire after seven days, but if you missed that deadline, please contact ScoopCare at [email protected]. We'll be happy to send you a new one!

What to do if you haven't received the SMS verification code

  • Verification codes are sent via SMS to verify your phone number and when signing up or logging into your Scoop account. The verification codes cannot be sent to International mobile numbers, landlines, or devices that cannot receive SMS messages.

  • If you have difficulty receiving a verification code when entering or updating your phone number please make sure the number was entered correctly and attempt to resend the code via the link on the verification screen. If a code was entered incorrectly you will need to wait for about a minute before another code can be sent to your device.

  • If you are not able to receive the code at all it may be your mobile carrier blocking the message. If the issue persists we suggest contacting your mobile service provider and as always feel free to reach out to our ScoopCare team.

How to update the phone number for your Scoop administrator account

  • Please contact ScoopCare at [email protected] and we’ll help you with updating your phone number.

How to reset your password

  • Click the Forgot your password link.

  • Enter the email address you used to create your account. Please note that the sign-in field is case-sensitive.

  • Check your inbox for an email from Scoop with a link to reset your password. You will have 24 hours to reset your password with that link.

    • If the link has expired, you can resend another reset password email using that link.

  • You will be prompted to create a new password.

  • Authenticate your account by entering the 6-digit code sent to the phone number you created your account with.
