If you find yourself commonly going into the same building when heading into the office you can make setting your work location even easier by selecting a primary building in your account settings.
You can find this setting by following the steps below:
Mobile
Tap the Account tab on the bottom right-hand side of the app.
Tap Hybrid work preferences.
Then tap the Choose a building option.
From here you can select your desired primary building via from the list of buildings added by your company admin.
Chrome and Edge Calendar Extensions
Click the Account tab from the bottom right of the extension.
From your Account sidebar, click Hybrid work preferences.
Then click Choose a building.
From here you can select your desired primary building via from the list of buildings added by your company admin.
Once you’ve selected your primary building, the app or extension will automatically default to that building when setting your work location as Office. You’ll be able to update your primary building at any time from the workplace settings.
*If you're an Enterprise user and your admin has not yet added any buildings, you will see a notice informing you that no buildings are currently associated with your workplace.
