With Scoop, you can easily coordinate with your Favorites and teammates by reviewing their work location.
This can be done by following the steps below:
Slack
Open the Scoop Slack App and select Messages from the top banner.
In your Snapshot, you will see office plans for yourself and your co-workers.
Click See all co-workers to view everyone's office plans for the whole week
You can use the dropdown menu on the top right to filter this view by All Co-workers, Favorites, Manager, or Teammates.
Mobile
Open the Scoop app and sign in if needed.
Tap the Teams tab from the bottom navigation bar.
Under your teams’ section of the Teams tab, tap View all.
You can then see all of your teammates' upcoming work locations for the week under the Schedule page.
Or
From the Upcoming tab under the Week schedule section, tap Favorites or Team
We will then display work locations for all co-workers who are part of the selected group.
Calendar Extensions
Open your Scoop extension and sign in if needed.
Click Teams from the bottom navigation bar.
Under your teams’ section of the Teams tab, click View all.
You can then see all of your teammates' upcoming work locations for the week under the Schedule page.
Or
On the Home tab, we will display work locations for Favorites and Teammates who have their work location set as Office for any day of the week shown.
