Uploading Your Negative Covid-19 Test Results

If your company has COVID-19 test requirements to come into the office in the case that you are unvaccinated, exempt, or would prefer not to indicate your vaccination status. You’ll be able to upload and share your test result documents with your employer directly with Scoop.

Mobile

To upload your test results in the Scoop mobile app:

  • From the Upcoming screen, select a day that you would like to set your work location as Office.

  • You should then see a notice letting you know that your company requires you to have a negative COVID-19 test within 7 days of going into work. Select Add a negative COVID-19 test.

  • Tapping this option will allow you to edit your vaccination status or upload photo documentation of your negative test results.

  • If you upload a photo of your negative test results, be sure to select the date of your test on this same screen.

  • Once the required information has been saved, you’ll be able to finish setting your work location as Office.

Browser

To upload your test results in the Scoop Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge calendar extension:

  • Click the Scoop icon for the Chrome or Edge extension and login if needed.

  • Then select a day that you would like to set your work location as Office from the Home screen.

  • Once you have indicated that your work location will be Office for a particular day, you will be prompted to Add a negative COVID-19 test.

  • From here you will be able to upload photo documentation of your test results as well as select the date of your test.

  • Once the required information has been saved, you’ll be able to finish setting your work location as Office.

You will need to upload test results with a test date within 7 days of the day you are trying to indicate your intentions to go into the office in order to set your work location as Office in Scoop.

*Your COVID-19 test results and documentation will only be visible to your employer’s Scoop admin.
