Easily find the perfect in-office day that works for everyone with Office Interest Polls in Slack.

1. Create your office interest poll

When creating a poll, you'll have the flexibility to customize it according to your preferences. This includes choosing the delivery method: recurring, one-time scheduled, or one-time immediate.

Make sure you’ve downloaded Scoop for Slack before following these steps:

  1. Click the Home tab from the Scoop Slack App

  2. Select Office Interest poll then Create poll

  3. Choose when you’d like to send the poll

    • Recurring, one-time scheduled, or one-time immediate.

  4. Choose the channel, and time you're polling for

    • If you’re setting up a scheduled or recurring poll, you’ll also need to select the day you’d like it to send

  5. Select Create Poll from the bottom right to save

While polls are visible to all channel members, the poll author will remain anonymous.

💡 Tip: You can also use the /scoop-poll command in any Slack channel

2. Voting on office days

Channel members can vote for as many days as they're interested in going into the office. Select View All Responses to see the full list of responses.
