To set your work location from Slack, start by sharing when you'll be in the office next.

After you set your next office day, Scoop will:

✅ Set your other days until then to Remote 🏡
✅ Automatically update your Slack status each day with your work location
✅ Add (or update) your daily work location in Google Calendar
✅ Update your work location to “Out of Office” when we see an OOO event on your calendar

To set your work location from your Browser:

Updating your work location is as easy as setting it.

For mobile apps and calendar extensions via browser, simply follow the same steps of setting your work location and simply select a different option. Any changes you make to your work location will automatically sync across the entire Scoop platform.

For Slack users, you also have the option to update your work location from your Snapshot. Here's how:

To update your work location for a date in the future, simply head to the Home tab in the Scoop Slack app and select When are you going into the office next? to update for a day within the next two weeks.
