Stay ahead of your meeting schedule and find peace of mind knowing that all your crucial meeting details are neatly summarized and conveniently delivered to you in personalized Slack DMs.

You can make plans, review meetings you're attending or hosting, or poll your co-workers at the end of your workweek to effortlessly determine the ideal in-office days for staying ahead next week, all from your Scoop Snapshot.

Let's dive right in 👇

View & Update Work Plans

Snapshots are delivered at 4:00 PM local time Monday - Friday with all the essential information you need to get ready for the following work days’ meetings and schedule when you're actually focused on doing it.

You can find Snapshots by opening the Scoop Slack App and selecting Messages from the top banner.

In your Snapshot, you can view office plans for yourself and your co-workers, all in one place! Need to adjust your office plans? You can do that too by selecting the Update work location option.

Prep for the meetings you're joining

Near the top of your Snapshot, we'll automatically showcase the title and time of your first meeting of the upcoming day, helping you stay ahead of your schedule.

Following that, you'll receive a personalized rundown of the upcoming meetings you're joining, complete with key details such as the meeting title, time, a link to the assigned channel (if applicable), and any necessary prep for you to review.

Get guests ready for meetings you own

Make sure your meetings are worth the time you spend in them by enabling meeting notifications and adding or managing prep documents.

Once you add or update meeting prep, Scoop will seamlessly integrate these details into the notifications sent to attendees. And don't worry; you can always update links later if needed.
