You can control the frequency of Scoop notifications by adjusting your notification settings as shown below.

Slack

  1. Open the Scoop Slack App

  2. Select Home > Then under "Manage your account" > click Settings

  3. Next, you can select Manage Settings for Snapshots, Google Calendar, or your Slack Status to customize them according to your preferences

Mobile:

  1. Tap the Account icon located in the bottom navigation bar of the app

  2. Then tap Settings from the Account menu

  3. Tap Notifications from there

  4. Adjust the frequency of your notifications by using the toggle buttons found on the notifications screen

✍️ Note: If a slider bar for a notification is grayed out, this indicates that the notification is disabled.

Chrome and Edge Calendar Extensions

  1. Click Account on the bottom right-hand side of your extension

  2. Click Notifications

  3. Under Snapshots, you'll see a daily and weekly option. You can tap into each of these to customize how you’d like to receive your Snapshots (via email, Slack, or both) and how often

✍️ Note: If the slider bar for Slack and/or Email is grayed out, this indicates that the Snapshot notifications are disabled for that platform.

Scoop Emails

If you receive any unwanted emails from Scoop that are not the daily or weekly Snapshots, please be sure to click the Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email to be removed from that list.

Live Activities and Meeting Activities

For Android 13 and iOS users, make sure to enable push notification permissions for the Scoop app to receive Live Activity and Meeting Activity notifications.

For Android 14+ users, it's essential to enable 'alarms & reminders' permissions for the Scoop app within your phone’s settings to receive Meeting Activity notifications.
